Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.

As a result, we respectfully request a minimum of 36 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Less than a 36-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked services.

Late Policy

Be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in shortened service(s), your appointment being canceled, and 50% cancellation fee. 

Refund Policy

Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:

  1. We will gladly assess each situation within three (3) days and evaluate our options to best navigate how we can deliver satisfactory results. 
  2. We always encourage you to communicate with us as things do occur, we would love to help where we can in a case by case situation.
  3. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within three days of purchase. Products can only be returned if unopened, unused and in its original packing.
  4. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost, transferred or redeemed for money
  5. We reserve the right to refuse service on our own judgement
  6. Vanity Artistry is not responsible for any service redo, refunds for service/purchases or gift certificates handled by professionals whom rent a space in our facility.

Privacy Policy

Information collected from our booking page or website is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. Only employees with traceable logins have access to your appointment, contact, or payment history. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the information we need to best serve you.
