As a result, we respectfully request a minimum of 36 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Less than a 36-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked services.
Be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in shortened service(s), your appointment being canceled, and 50% cancellation fee.
